System JO's stuff is the best lube ever. I wouldn't recommend KY because it used to be for medical instruments, and it sort of make me leary. JO H2O can be used on anything, it's silicone and latex safe. And even sort of makes your hair pretty and friz free, lol.
I'm pretty jealous of hearing all these stories about squirting. I don't know if I can do it, figure I ought to get a plastic tarp for the bed first. My boyfriend is interested in it, though, so we might try it at some point.
