I think the thing you two will remember most is that you had your families with you. Doing it on the JumboTron is a cool idea, a lot have said how to go about it.
I did it at a family reunion with everyone around. All were in on it but her, then everyone gave her a "welcome to the family" gift of a scrapbook with pictures of all of us as kids and growing up. She treasures it.
As time passes, the family presence will be the best part of the memory.
