i lived in an apartment where the neighbors upstairs would like wrestle every night/morning. i'm a guy, wrestling is a god given right, but at 3 am? c'mon. i walked up there half naked, knocked on the door and asked if they could tone it down, no problems since.

at my parents house, my neighbor threw a huge party once. we were told of it, and we told them that it was cool, but that we had to get up at 4am to open the family run business). they partied loud til midnite and we bit the bullet since we had an understanding. they then partied loud until 2am. at that point, we called the cops to have the party dispersed. the neighbor's kid that threw the party never spoke to us again, but in my opinion, it was his own damn fault.

it's always good to be courteous but don't abuse any compromises you've come to.

2 weeks ago, some african american neighbors (live 4 houses down) threw a monster ass get together. although it's not their fault, their guests were the lamest ass rude bitches ever. they idled in their cars in the middle of the streets, blockin traffic and just chatted with other idling cars of the same party. they hung around my driveway even while i was trying to back out with my car and just stood there, blocking me. the next morning, there was trash all over my lawn and all over the neighborhood. i haven't said anything to the hosts of the party yet as it wasn't all their fault, but rest assured if it happens a second time, they'll hear from me.

on another note, speaking of noise. some kids have those go-peds and love riding it around my house. i let them be, let them have their fun. but there's a girl they want to impress next door to me, so what do they do? they fuckin gun it right at my house with me sleeping in the front room. normally, i tolerate this, but they do it til 11:30 at nite. makes me want to break out the pellet gun and shoot them assholes. oh yeah, they're cowards too, they pick on the kid across the street and many of my neighbors have gotten out chasing them before.
