It's very unlikely but possible that she could get pregnant. I wouldn't get yourselves worried about it, but I also wouldn't do that again if you're not prepared to deal with the potential consequences.
If you don't mind my asking, how old are you two if this is your first encounter? This is something you should really consider when engaging in behaviour that might lead to pregnancy. Are either of you really ready to have to make the decision to keep or abort?
