Superb advice. I was out of a job for 17 months and used exercise as a coping mechanism. It worked great, would have been perfect had it also paid the bills.
When the walls are closing in, go for a walk, do some yard work, go to the park, anything to break the routine and get your heart rate up. You'll feel better afterwards. And the side effects of exercise beyond stress relief are all positive.
