This is Spinal Tap. Not only is it the movie that launched a genre, but it's got some of the best one-liners in all of moviedom - "I am as God made me, sir!" "But this one goes to eleven." "Why would I want a Stonehenge that was threatened to be trod upon by a dwarf?!" "You can't really dust for vomit."
Ah, Spinal Tap, how I love thee. Even if some of the scenes seem a little dated, there are some absolute classics in there.
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back I'm an unapologetic Kevin Smith fan. I love that he not only got virtually every actor that had been in one of his prior films to make an appearance, he mocked them while he did it. And studies have shown that every audience loves monkeys. By the way, the soundtrack is awesome.
Please note that if after watching this one that if you find it impossible to call Jason Biggs anything but "Pie Fucker", it's not my fault.
The African Queen - I was once late to a wedding where I was standing up because this was on. Bogart and Hepburn at their absolute best, and apparently I'm the only person under the age of 75 that's seen it. Thank you TBS!
Boiler Room - There are days where I feel like that's my life, only slightly more legal. I definitely work with some guys like that here.
