I'd seen Ryan Vs. Dorkman, but the other ones are new to me. It's pretty spectacular to see what a bunch of guys can do basically in their spare time and on a shoestring budget.
Compare and contrast with the 'real' duel from Episode One:
Although I'm actually of the opinion that the fight scenes in the prequel trilogy were one of the things that were well done, it's interesting to note the cinematic choices. The duel between the two jedi and Darth Maul consists of a lot of wide angle shots that take away the real personal aspect of it, which I think removes some of the tension. The fan videos consist almost entirely of close shots, in contrast.
