Some of them are great!
I have one that actually has 3 buzing parts, but its built into a cockring. There is one at the top that has little nubs for the clitoris, then the cokring, a very powerful one for the base of the shaft, then a second ring around the balls and a small buzzer at the bottom.
It is a very intense feeling, but I can't use it unless she is on top, it really messes with my rhythm.
