I've tried one once and just didn't care for it, I don't think she did either, I found it uncomfortable, annoying and just tossed the thing after a minute or so. I've tried it once, and I agree, it's more for the woman's pleasure. The sensation was pretty faint for me, and it was somewhat uncomfortable to wear it (a little restricting feeling). Honestly, at least for the "disposable" type ones, I don't think it was worth it... would be better off just using a vibe or something in addition than screwing around with those. They seem kind of expensive, too.
