turn volume UP and bass DOWN
if u turn the bass down then neighbors cant hear the thump and wont know, and it'll still be at party volume.
another thing is to tell your neighbors that u are having a party just to give them a heads up, that way you'll both be considerate, adn invite them if its that kinda party.
