The lifeless doll's eyes is a look we get from having too many heavy doses of the Socialist Mind Control drug. Those Vancouverites are traditionally hippies, and so they tend to get more shots than the rest of Canada because of their penchant for protesting the government. Most of us prefer the passive treatment: sex and drugs.
But, you see, there's the difference between our nations: you guys are overrun with guns and violence, while we're overrun with sex and drugs.
