The problem is this, we are all very self centered. If everyone (including the neighbors) was to say,
"you know what? They seem like they are having fun, and it doesnt happen all the time, so fuck it, Ill make the small sacrifice today"
or
"Hey I know I play my music loud a lot, maybe I ought to make the sacrifice and keep it down most of the time"or whatever makes someones life just that much easier.
