Only children who are molested act "sexy."
It is not "sex"y to dance, it is only perceived as sexy by those who interpret it that way.
I child does not understand "sex" until they are exposed to it, anything before that is posturing and is totally normal but is taken out of context by molesters as a way to say "see they already knew, they already wanted it, she was a Lolita"!!! It is just another sick excuse to feed their own monster and justify their perverted action.
