The answer is yes.
I once found a video on youtube of a Robert Plant bootleg called "When the last fair deal goes down". It was undeniably the greatest most beautiful thing I'd ever heard. Then, it disappeared one day. Now it haunts me that I may never hear it again. So now I download videos that I love, but I keep them unlisted, and post them at my personal homepage for my close friends to view.
I'm tired of videos being pulled for violation then it ruins the work I put into showcasing other people's art.
Honestly I don't feel the least bit guilty about plagiarism or copyright infringement. In my view I'm doing the original artist a huge favor.
Still wondering about the DVD burning thing.
