What is too Loud,,, (noisy neighbours)...
I just got the big fuck you from my neighbours, because I was too loud.
How do you define too loud?
(bear in mind it is 10pm where I live and I will shut the system down b4 12)..
I really want to entertain my guests till 12am, before closing the party down. The police say it's allowed for me to be loud till midnight.
How do you keep all parties happy?
