Everyone agrees that the government should stay out of A, B, and C. But D and E? They need policing. We gave them the chance to do things the way we wanted them done and they failed, so it's time for the government to make them sit in the corner.
This is clearly an issue for the community to handle... unless the community handles it the wrong way.
