I've yet to try chocolate covered bacon, but I must. I definitely must try this.
Is there any other combination as unlikely as this?
I did have a salmon club sandwich recently that was outstanding. Who ever though of pairing salmon with bacon is a genius. Nice dill mayonnaise on it. Wonderful.
What won't pair with bacon?
