Yes, they are tacky, but I maintain that they're too revealing. You can dance just as well in leotards... a lot of hip-hop dancing is done just as well, and better sometimes, in baggy pants and combat boots. These kids look like prostitots, in my opinion.
However, I'm not saying I think they should be censored or even that they shouldn't be allowed to wear whatever they want. I wouldn't want my daughter wearing it, but to each his own.
