We don't even have a punishment for men posting in the Ladies Lounge (unless they're guilty of something else). We don't think it's that big a deal since we understand how easy it is to make the mistake. Besides 99% of the time, the guy doing it is trying to be legitimately helpful, and that's the last thing that we want to stop.
I can't think of many guys that HAVEN'T done it, so count yourself in rare company if you're the exception. And if you're not, don't feel too bad.
