Doesn't sound like you need much advice. I would talk to her about it and say that you know what you want and you know what's right, so you won't be doing anything with her until she's single.
Turn the tables. Your good friend fucks your girlfriend? And then tries to blame it on some nose candy? Lose 1 friend and 1 girlfriend.
And don't even try to think about turning this into a threesome. That will just fuck things up worse because you'll get some and you'll have some way to believe that it was okay with him then so why not now...
