The ironic thing about the whole all-caps dealio? It's technically more difficult to read, when I'm quite sure people usually use it to stress their point and be "heard" better and more clearly.
They'd be better off with another style. Might I recommend selecting from one of our various font choices? Or perhaps simply a slightly larger font size? Or maybe an indentation/block quote? Let's not overdo it though.
