No multiplayer support but people are developing a mod for GTA3 on the PC so that you play play online, I think they're on Version 0.3 now.
In time Vice City will too have a multiplayer option made by those keen modders.
However, Take2/Rockstar have said that there'll be a few hidden surprises on the PC version of Vice City so fingers crossed that they're talkin' about multiplayer!
