In the asteroid ad, the geeky science guy who kisses the girl is played by a friend of StellaLuna's from drama school. His name is Fred. Every time we see him on a commercial, she squeals "Fred!!".
He was also on the KGB commercial, the guy who got the phrase "I surrender" in Japanese and avoided being squashed by the sumo wrestler.
