The settlement will all just depend on what lawyers can haggle out, and it will have zero effect on my opinion about any of this. In my opinion she deserves whatever the settlement comes up with. Half is a good starting point for negotiations, but probably more than she'll get.
He's a liar and habitually cheated on his wife, and for me to respect him again as a person he'll have to convince me that he's sorry and changed his ways. As a golfer I can admire his great talent.
What he did was a very bad example for his children so that's bad fatherhood. Is it possible to be a serious drug dealer or gangster and still be a good father?...not by my definitions. Setting an example in the realm of law and morals is an important part of parenting.
