There was a prenup. That's been confirmed. However, he may have breached the terms with his infidelity. That will have been spelled out specifically in the contract (which is what a prenup is), and the divorce court will look at that very seriously. Her attorney may be able to successfully argue for breach of contract based on the publicity and sheer number of women that he's cheated with, which will put her on a much more equitable footing come settlement time. If the court throws out the prenup based on Tiger's behavior, she'll get something close to half. As it stands, the number I've heard is $70M, which is substantial, but a drop in the bucket in comparison to his overall net worth.
As for this making him a bad father - bullshit. It does nothing of the sort. It makes him a poor role model for fidelity, but it does his kids no actual harm nor does it mean that he loves them any less or more likely to hurt them. JTK did a pretty good job with his response, and I'll just add a "yeah!" to that.
