Ingredients
4 pounds Flank steak
1 medium onion
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons sherry
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
Mix ingredients together and marinade steaks in a shallow baking dish for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove steaks from marinade and reserve.
Grill steaks to desired doneness (about 8 minutes on each side).
Heat marinade in saucepan for 10 minutes.
Cut steaks diagonally into thin slices.
Pour marinade over steaks and serve.
