Hah, so one day later*... Found those files, thanks Red. It did reset it, but it didn't fix my problem. The websites that weren't autofilling still aren't working. Maybe it's the specific websites and not firefox (hotmail is one, does that tend to have problems?)
*Since it reset everything, tfp autofill went bye bye too and I realized I had my account tied to an old email I don't have anymore so I couldn't retrieve my password. Thanks Cyn for fixing it.
