Go back to your piercer if you are concerned, he or she should be happy to check it out. We can only tell you so much from a description. That said, nothing I read in the OP worries me. Have you ever had anything else pierced? Nipples are a more sensitive than your ears but the concept is the same. Some discharge is normal in the first few days, so is some blood. Remember that you just got stabbed with something, when you clean it you are reopening that wound. If something is wrong, you'll usually know it.
Do not skip cleanings. If anemia is/could be your problem then clean your nipples after eating but do not skip it.
It's very possible that the passing out was related to menstrual anemia but it is also very possible that it was related to the pain. Many people feel faint when getting their nipples pierced, some pass out. It happens. I had to sit down and relax for about five minutes after mine were done or I probably would have passed out too.
