I've never seen it named before, but "piano fingers" is a great name for it. Put your fingers on her traps as if you were playing piano (arched, not flat). Press down with each finder, one at a time. Pinky, ring, middle, index. Keep doing this FIRMLY AND SLOWLY. It's good!
