I totally understand that and if I were in the class I'd be totally willing to go with that hypothetical situation. My only concern is about this reinforcing with people that haven't read my rambling, redundant posts on torture (or other people's post, blogs or articles on torture) the idea that torture likely works.

Anyway, there are plenty of justice issues that can be pulled from the headlines and real life that would probably be very good to illustrate issues of justice. I look forward to hearing them.
