Will the people be made aware that it seems nearly all if not all the evidence would suggest that torture simply doesn't work? I know I probably sound like a broken record because I've been saying this for at least 4 years, but that should probably factor in to the question of justice. Morality/ethics aside, of course.
Otherwise, it's a brilliant idea. Justice isn't necessarily an easy thing to teach/learn and people need as much help as they can get.
