I can't answer your question(s) because I've never been in that situation.
But, is there nothing you can do? Document things and take it to a supervisor, boss or owner? Cell phone pictures, videocamera, documenting dates and times, anything?
No one else you work with knows what is going on?
Any possibility of finding a different company, making a lateral move?
