I have rough hands myself (physical labor, wheee) and I get tired of applying lotion. I don't like it when a guy's hands are softer/smoother than mine. I prefer men's hands large, gnarly, and rough-but-not-extremely-scratchy.

Hands are interesting. Scars, calluses, bumps, knots.. they all tell me a story about their owner's life and behaviors, and the more interesting the hands the better for me.
