Also, wanted to ask, for the ladies who are able to orgasm this way: does the orgasm you're refering to feel that different to a genital orgasm (clitoral, or vaginal, or anal)? If so, how? Maybe we don't all have the same understanding of what an orgasm actually is.
As a side note, I had been orgasming for years before I first heard of orgasms, and it took me a while to realize I was already having them. For a while, I thought there was something else, extra, that was supposed to happen. Yes, I was disappointed when it didn't. Oh well!
