Agreed. Jimmy Carter's been doing it for years. It gives them something to do and helps to keep them off of the streets. Kinda like the Boy's Club for ex-presidents.
Speaking of Jimmy...didn't Bill raise a rucus when Jimmy wanted to go talk with the North Koreans? I seem to remember something along those lines.
