Never heard of it.
That being said, it sounds like you could be in danger of ripping
said "Phimosis" and causing an infection (not to mention the pain).
Okay, I gotta ask: When was the last time you went to see a doctor for a FULL PHYSICAL EXAM? When males hit puberty, the Doc should ask about the foreskin, and then pull it back themselves to take a look at the head, for obvious medical reasons.
Yes, this happens every time I go for a full physical. I'm really looking forward to 35 when ye ol' visit by Uncle knuckle starts.
So, two things:
1. Book a FULL PHYSICAL EXAM. The whole work-up. Blood, pee tests, eyesight, hearing, get 'er done. Tell the doc about it.
2. If you are a Yankee and "Can't afford it / it isn't covered by my insurance" I would really take a look at your insurance again. Check-ups have to be covered, they just have to be. It's part of getting your baseline set-up for later medical needs. It should be once every __ years until you are __ years old, then it is yearly.
Yeah, I know. "Go see a doctor" is not the answer you are looking for. You are on the internets, looking for an easy answer. You might want to start stretching exercises daily, but make sure not to go to the point of pain. We're talking about your junk here, not an earlobe. Tearing it up is a guaranteed way to get an infection, and then you'll DEFINITELY have to go to the Doc.
