I have nearly done this, but still required stimulation..umm...nearby. I don't suppose the prostate is considered genitalia? I can do it now as well, on some days. It's very intense, like I'm going to fall over paralyzed with every pulse. Once I'm spent, if I stand up fast, I get a light ringing in my ears that drowns out the sounds around me, so I barely hear anything else. If I breathe slowly, it lasts longer, up to a minute. I'm also dizzy during this time, like a headrush. I don't try to make this happen but when it does, I'm in heaven.
