actually, men can experience this as well, we just tend to label it as "premature ejaculation" and think there is something wrong with us. Some men are more prone than others, but any man, if he is turned on enough, has the possibility of orgasm without genital contact. I have experienced it once or twice when I was younger, but the older i get, the harder it is for me to orgasm at all, so I doubt any woman would have much chance at getting me to that point now.
