I don't associate "country personality" with choking, just was adding fluff to the story. I could have not described her, but I was telling a story and I thought it added to the story telling quality of it.
She really just wanted to please me, which is why I feel bad about the way I treated her. I wouldn't have reacted the same way now as I did 5 years ago. Coulda Woulda Shoulda.
