Being in the lifestyle Dave and I are in, this is something we've done pretty much since the beginning of our relationship. We do not use props, hands only, way too many things can go wrong with props. I can say from multiple experience its given me some of the most mind blowing O's I've ever had. One of our rules, no matter who is the choker/chokee, we keep eye contact at all times, if one of us closes our eyes its stopped immediately
