I thank you for all the information you have given me, I'm currently in the process of trying to find a good councilor in my area that accepts the Sliding Scale payments Cynthetiq talked about. I never knew about that, which is why I asked. Hopefully I'll hear back from the offices I contacted about this.
I know I need help, which is why I asked on here and I got some answers that might lead me to that big answer. The one that will help me on the path of recovery.
