That would depend on what you need, what you want and what you'll use. Seriously take a look at the apps to determine if you really want a phone because it has more apps.
Without a question, the iPhone has the most apps but good luck finding the one you want if you've downloaded 100 apps.
I've got a BB Curve and have downloaded about every app out there and I've whittled it down to a couple I've actually found useful. The useful programs are called programs on a BB instead of apps.
Apps are genius marketing and nothing more. All you need is a free locator (they're all about the same), Google or whatever search engine you like and a couple of good time killing games, pay only if you must. Oh and I kinda enjoy texting with vlingo.
