My immediate take is that you probably want to get into her pants, and she wants to be able to tell her little friends that she's going out with a 24 yo.
I'm a guy so I can understand the getting in her pants thing. Just don't convince yourself that she is mature enough just so you can do her. I mean, do you really have a lot in common with a high school girl?
A seven year age difference is not a lot when you are 47 and 54. But it is a big difference at ya'lls age.
