One thing to keep in mind is that natural memory decline begins around 30, so I wouldn't worry *too* much. That said, a good diet and frequent exercise can have a positive impact on memory, and if you feel you might be depressed, that can also cause memory loss. Talk to a doctor and I'm sure you can get a good grasp on this: it's extremely unlikely that you're facing anything really serious, like early onset Alzheimer's, but do whatever you need to put your mind at ease.
