Put this in the same category as labial surgery and, waxing/shaving/pruning of the area. Whatever floats your boat. Incidentally, a darkening of that region (including the anus, but also the entire crotch area) is related to insulin resistance. Instead of bleaching your asshole, you might do better to cut out the sugar.
