I'd bet most of it was water weight you lost, especially if your diet changed a lot from your regular thing.
Your caloric intake is really low for your weight (even for a diet). What made up those calories exactly?
I should also add that besides losing initial water weight from drastically reducing your carbohydrate intake, there are few--or arguably any--"healthy" ways to lose more than 1 or 2 pounds per week.
