phamtc: Thanks for the information. I have hidden and system files checked in folder options. I can follow until I get to "Temporary Internet Files" which isn't there. I do use Firefox but I didn't know about the ad-on. Is it on the Firefox site? I'll google "FormatFactory. Going from Windows 98 to Vista is driving me out of my mind. My wife's XP seems easier to poke around in.
