Gotta admit, I'm more a natural technique guy.
I do push ups (one handed, hands together, hands wide apart...), sit ups, (alternating sides, until I can't stand up straight!), squats and alot of stretching exercises. I also do 'handstand' push ups, against a wall.
I'm more of an endurance/agility/flexibility/stamina person than a brute raw strength guy, and I think that the more natural approaches are more suited to this.
ps i find that listening to the Soul Calibur (dreamcast version) soundtrack give me abilities that i can't normally draw upon...dunno why, but I do more and harder exercise while listening to it...
