life. that's the joke.
even depeche mode knows god has a sick sense of humor.
a huge series of misunderstandings, mishaps, bad timing, prat falls, the whole shebang. most people miss the joke, because they take it all too seriously. they tend to forget this is only temporary, and most of the stuff we do here doesn't matter. what happens in vegas may or may not stay in vegas, but what happens here on earth definitely stays here on earth.
unless the egyptians were right, in which case they will be set and the rest of us are gonna be screwed.
