Windows Vista, hmm how odd that path should work, it works fine for me.
C:\Users\<user-name-here>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
where you replace <user-name-here> with the login name you use on vista so if your user name for windows on your computer is Modo then it'd be
C:\Users\Modo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
depending on where your entering this you may need quotes around it so
"C:\Users\Modo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files"
Otherwise you can find the location on your computer by going to start menu -> control panel -> network and internet -> internet options -> under the browsing history section click settings....there you'll find a section for your temporary internet files.
